Approval for large replacement dwelling
bi Design are pleased to report the successful approval of a large bespoke property at Yoxall Lodge, Newchurch.
The application was for a large traditional property to replace an existing dormer bungalow. Details of the application can be found at Yoxall Lodge Planning Link
The existing site had a dormer bungalow with a footprint of 174 m2. The site is located outside of a development boundary and was therefore protected by much stricter planning policy. The approved new dwelling footprint represents a 166% increase on the existing. The proposed house and garage have a combined floor area of 6000 sq ft / 557 m2
